Louise is the Founder and a Client Partner at New Plan Partners, having launched the business in 2019. She specialises in C-level strategic search, assessment and development, CEO transitions, Board effectiveness reviews and non-executive director appointments across Europe.
Thomas conducts c-suite search and assessments across the Nordics and Europe with a specific passion for and deep expertise within recruiting to the CFO organisation.
Ben joined New Plan Partners in 2021. He most often works on Non-Executive Director, CEO, and CFO appointments, as well as appointments in the CFO team. Other recent work has included Chief Technology Officer, Chief HR Officer, Division CEO, and Chief Operating Officer appointments.

Josh joined new Plan Partners in 2020. He focuses primarily on C-Suite executive search and non-executive board appointments, particularly in the finance and commercial functions for technology, consumer, and industrial clients.
