Kate joined New Plan Partners as an Independent Research Consultant, engaging on international research projects through her own independent research outfit, Early Bird Search. She conducts research across international executive and non-executive assignments.
Kate brings 17 years’ search experience, including seven years with global top tier firms, Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry, and a decade with leading boutiques in London. Although experienced across sectors, Kate brings a particular spike across financial services, including insurance, retail banking and investment management, including private equity. She has conducted searches across the CFO, COO, CRO, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Transformation and HR space, on behalf of FTSE listed, mutual sector and private equity backed clients.
Kate is based in London and holds a bachelor’s in Food Technology from Reading University.
