Tatjana has partnered with us since early 2021, engaging on assessment and development projects through her own independent executive coaching and business advisory practice, The Human Greenhouse.
Tatjana draws on more than 20 years’ global living and working experience in the areas of Leadership, Human Resources and Global Mobility, gained by leading complex global teams. Her leadership DNA includes leading global teams through projects such as M&A, strategy processes, business turnaround, market expansion & rebranding and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Most recently Tatjana was Head of Consulting at A&D Resources, the largest European distributor delivering Hogan Assessments and Consulting services. Her sector experience includes manufacturing, retail, financial services, banking, technology, government, and consulting.
Splitting her time between Copenhagen and Soenderborg, in South Denmark, Tatjana holds a Master of Ethics and Values in Organisations from Aarhus University, and an Advanced Diploma in Coach Mentoring from Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring. She is currently completing her Master of Psychotherapy.
