Vicky joined New Plan Partners in 2020 as an Executive Assistant. She supports all executive and non-executive search assignments, as well as all assessment and board effective engagements.
Vicky brings over 10 years’ experience working in search and management consulting, most recently with London-based board search boutique MWM Consulting, working across a range of sectors, functions and clients both locally and internationally. She previously worked for Russell Reynolds Associates in the Financial Services practice. Before this, she supported project delivery for both public and private sector clients at Hay Group, including coordinating a large-scale assessment project commissioned by the NHS. Vicky began her career providing project support for the restructure of two services in the Children, Families and Education directorate of Kent County Council.
Vicky is currently based in London and has previously worked and travelled in Australia. She has a bachelor’s in Social Psychology from the University of Kent and is Hogan certified.
