Louise is the Founder and a Client Partner at New Plan Partners, having launched the business in 2019. She specialises in C-level strategic search, assessment and development, CEO transitions, Board effectiveness reviews and non-executive director appointments across Europe.
With nearly 20 years’ experience across search and leadership consulting, Louise is a trusted advisor, working with clients across financial services, industrial, consumer, education, not-for-profit and the private equity space. Bringing a wealth of experience from global search firms including Russell Reynolds, Heidrick & Struggles and Odgers Berndtson, Louise has led international teams on initiatives including advising family offices on generational transition planning; multinational companies on their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agendas; and helping all clients to build culture and strategy-linked leadership models.
Louise is currently based in Copenhagen, having previously spent 17 years living in London and Toronto, and is fluent is Danish and English.
Louise holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Westminster, and a master’s degree in organisational psychology from City University & Cass Business School – both in London.
