Ben joined New Plan Partners in 2021. He most often works on Non-Executive Director, CEO, and CFO appointments, as well as appointments in the CFO team. Other recent work has included Chief Technology Officer, Chief HR Officer, Division CEO, and Chief Operating Officer appointments.
Ben has worked in executive search and assessment since 2014. Prior to joining NPP, he worked at Russell Reynolds Associates in its global consumer practice, advising on CEO, independent board director, and senior executive appointments with consumer-facing businesses. Before that, he worked at London-based board search boutique MWM Consulting, focusing on NED and senior executive appointments with a wide range of international clients across industries. He started his search career as a Researcher at Saxton Bamfylde, a search firm that specialises in appointments to the non-profit sector.
Ben is currently based in Copenhagen. Before this, he worked in London. He has an MA (Cantab) in Politics, Psychology, Sociology and International Studies from the University of Cambridge. He is originally from Edinburgh.
